As a key member of the Esperance branch leadership team, this role is responsible for the day to day operation of the Parts department by implementing strategy and planning to ensure we are providing excellent customer service to our valued customers and enable internal servicing and repair to complete their work without delay.
If you are a meticulous, experienced and customer-focused Parts Manager who wants to enhance their leadership capabilities we are interested in hearing from you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proven ability to generate new sales opportunities
  • Lead, motivate and develop staff to provide quality service to our customers while exceeding productivity and sales requirements
  • Continuous improvement of customer service and quality culture

We are searching for candidates with a keen interest in technology, preferably in the agricultural industry, for our growing Precision Farming product portfolio - including systems for guidance, mapping, and variable rate (VRT) control applications.

Based in Moora, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated, "hands on" individual who has a passion for agriculture technology evolution. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships for new and existing agricultural management systems and technology. The individual will also be responsible for making field calls to troubleshoot/repair systems, perform updates on software, and train customers and internal employees on the set up of new equipment.

Candidates should have technical experience in operation and support of precision farming products such as VRT, GPS, Telematics and working with new and developing technology such as desktop software for GPS and Data Management.

Within a proactive and progressive team environment, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent long-term customer relationships.

  • Self-motivated and "hands on" with a passion for agricultural technology

  • Leading the Moora team with day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of branch operations

New Machines & Pre Delivery Technician

Our Perth branch is currently seeking a New Machines and Pre-Delivery Technician to join our friendly and busy workshop on a full time basis.

You will need to be able to operate independently, as well as part of a team, and have good communications skills.

This role is responsible for our pre delivery program to ensure all new machines go out at the highest of standards, this includes but is not limited to, carrying out build and fitout, liaising with licensing inspectors and quality check of factory operation.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Heavy Diesel Mechanic preferred or sound knowledge of Heavy Duty equipment/Earth moving equipment
  • Basic electrical knowledge to assist in machinery builds/fit-up
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work under pressure

Auto electrical and/or hydraulic experience would be an advantage.

The Role:

We have a unique opportunity for a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is the day to day digital marketing delivery from the creation and scheduling of marketing content to having input on digital tactics and brand strategy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a digital setting, has an eye for detail, enjoys video editing and photography and wants an opportunity to work alongside and learn from an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager, whilst directly supporting the business leaders on their requirements.
This role supports our retail division, promoting a dealership group comprising of 10 locations Australia-wide and a wholesales division, promoting five established national brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and schedule digital content including photography, videography, editorial, blog posts and interviews in line with the Group Strategic Plan
  • Maintain daily brand management and engagement via Facebook and Twitter
  • Field photography and videography with a suit of equipment available (drone, Go-Pro, gimble and microphone) for varying brand, product, customer and dealership content requirements
  • Build and maintain Facebook ad and Google Adwords campaigns
  • Engage with all stakeholders to encourage participation in the gathering of content for Social Media posts
  • Produce editorial content and customer testimonials
  • Assist in production of product content including brochures, flyers, invitations and sponsorship material, as briefed by the Marketing Manager
  • Keep up to date with digital trends and customer online behaviours – and be able to produce reports and statistics on coverage of engagement
  • Assist with the organisations key events throughout the year including field days
  • There will be requirements to travel to regional sites

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated experience with Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google
  • Demonstrated experience in digital campaign management (including Facebook Ad Manager), from briefing to implementation
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite; In-Design, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Photography and videography experience and/or interest
  • Understanding of website advertising, maintenance and SEO
  • Copywriting knowledge with a strong emphasis on detail
  • Confidence to work autonomously with a professional, pro-active and approachable attitude
  • Current drivers license
  • Current working rights

Desirable:

  • Formal qualification would be highly regarded, Communications, Marketing or other relevant fields
  • An Agricultural background or knowledge / or passion for the industry

This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships for new and existing agricultural management systems and technology. The individual will also be responsible for making field calls to troubleshoot/repair systems, perform updates on software, and train customers and internal employees on the set up of new equipment.

Candidates should have technical experience in operation and support of precision farming products such as VRT, GPS, Telematics and working with new and developing technology such as desktop software for GPS and Data Management.

Within a proactive and progressive team environment, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent long-term customer relationships along with:

  • Self-motivated and "hands on" with a passion for agricultural technology
